The coming of summer,Many people swarming on the beaches.For a long time, i noticed that many people on the beach spend their time with sunbathing.İn fact,Some of them 'especially women' not swim in the sea or pool.They are only sunbating.Of course sunbating is necessery for our body but in moderation .However swimming also necessery for our body.Research conducteds show us swimming is a perfect sport for all people.

So,What kind of benefits to swimming , Why swmming is best exercise for all people ?
