Posture Can Trigger Low Back Pain !

According to the survey 80% of people experiencing back pain in part of their life .One of the major problems that  back pain is probably the standing and sitting postures.Because,people spend large part of the day standing and sitting.If you have wrong standing and sitting posture,you may be cause back pain.For this reason, Correct standing and sitting posture is very important to protect and improve back health.





So,How should we stop standing?


Determine the dominant leg you are standing on first.
The other received your dominant foot back and forth. Balance your weight on your feet (80% rear legs, front legs 20%).
Positions must not be stable (continuous ambulatory stand or sit). high position on the tissues of the body and must be replaced as a low pressure alternative.

It reduces bone loss and increases muscle strength.
It is possible to extend this list.
Every physical activity is not suitable for every person.




Physical activity, exercise, while planning biological age of the person, diseases, drugs used, physical capacity, habits must be considered.

The coming of summer,Many people swarming on the beaches.For a long time, i noticed that many people on the beach spend their time with sunbathing.İn fact,Some of them 'especially women' not swim in the sea or pool.They are only sunbating.Of course sunbating is necessery for our body but in moderation .However swimming also necessery for our body.Research conducteds show us swimming is a perfect sport for all people.

So,What kind of benefits to swimming , Why swmming is best exercise for all people ? 

Swimming helps us exercise most of your body parts without using your joints.
Swimming not only improve your muscles, it also helps strengthen your bones, especially at an advanced age.
Swimming is  the best way to  improve your endurance. 
Swimming burns about 450 to 950 calories per hour. That's great !
Swimming releases endorphins and this helping in relieving stress.
And of course,Swimming is the best way to cool off in the sizzling hot summer.!
